Extensive experience in business development, engineering and project management with an emphasis on innovation.

Ken Ice

Extensive experience across multiple material handling platforms including Freight and Parcel, Distribution and Baggage Handling Systems. Additional experience in Construction & Project Management, Manufacturing, Fabrication, Integration, Product Development, Commercialization, and Automating Business Processes. Accountable for meeting commitments to our customers by turning over reliable projects by ensuring adherence to safe, high quality, on spec, reliable operations through excellence in execution.

Reid Dreher

An accomplished engineering leader with 30-years of experience in equipment design & development, system integration and engineering management. Dean received his Masters of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisville and is the author or co-author of eight US patents related to the field of material handling automation. Major accomplishments in the field include the development of new-to-industry products and solutions such as the Singulation, Scan and Induction System.

Dean Terrell

Monique’s human resource experience started in Silicon Valley supporting high tech clients. Over the course of her career she worked across the United States, India and partnered with Global HR teams. Formerly, she worked in Oil and Gas manufacturing as the HR liaison for employees such as commodity traders, functional engineers, plant operators and craftsmen. She brings depth of experience spanning the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to retirement, a passion for employee experience and excitement to progress the great work of Aegis Sortation to innovate and transform the workplace and the industries in which it operates.

Monique Holland

Accomplished Finance executive with extensive oversight of financial reporting, analysis, inventory control, forecasting and budgeting. Proven success in reducing costs, increasing revenues and ensuring regulatory compliance. Experienced leader in strategic planning, legal, risk management and M&A.
